and Organization"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Bodies of the Commission are the Council of Commission and the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">President of the Commission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The President of the Commission and Council members shall be elected among distinguished <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">experts in the field of law and economics with at least ten years of relevant professional <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">experience, who have achieved significant and recognized work or practice in the relevant field, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">particularly in the areas of protection of competition and the European Law, and who enjoy <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reputation of being objective and impartial persons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The President of the Commission and Council members shall be elected and dismissed by the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">National Assembly at the proposal of the competent committee in charge of trade. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The election of the President of the Commission, i.e. members of the Council shall be conducted <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">on two separate lists of candidates containing at least the same, and no more than the double <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">number of candidates against the number to be elected. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The President of the Commission, i.e. members of the Council shall be elected among candidates <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">who receive the most votes in each list, i.e. the subsequent candidate or candidates on the list for <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">members of the Council with appropriate expertise, until the fulfillment of conditions referred to <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in Paragraph 2 of this Article. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The same person may be a candidate on both lists, and if elected from the list for President of the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Commission, the outcome of voting for the said person on other list will not be taken into <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">account. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The election of the bodies of the Commission shall be conducted in a public contest invited by <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the National Assembly Speaker, no later than three months before the expiry of mandate of the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">President of the Commission and members of the Council, or immediately upon termination or <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">dismissal within the meaning of Article 24 hereof.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u0423 \u041a\u043e\u043c\u0438\u0441\u0438\u0458\u0438 je Technical Service of the Commission (hereinafter: the Technical Service) shall perform <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">professional operations within the jurisdiction of the Commission in accordance with this Law, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the Statute and other acts of the Commission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u0412\u0430\u043d
