Bodies of the Commission are the Council of Commission and the <\/span>President of the Commission.<\/span><\/p>\n

The President of the Commission and Council members shall be elected among distinguished <\/span>experts in the field of law and economics with at least ten years of relevant professional <\/span>experience, who have achieved significant and recognized work or practice in the relevant field, <\/span>particularly in the areas of protection of competition and the European Law, and who enjoy <\/span>reputation of being objective and impartial persons.<\/span><\/p>\n

The President of the Commission and Council members shall be elected and dismissed by the <\/span>National Assembly at the proposal of the competent committee in charge of trade. <\/span>The election of the President of the Commission, i.e. members of the Council shall be conducted <\/span>on two separate lists of candidates containing at least the same, and no more than the double <\/span>number of candidates against the number to be elected. <\/span>The President of the Commission, i.e. members of the Council shall be elected among candidates <\/span>who receive the most votes in each list, i.e. the subsequent candidate or candidates on the list for <\/span>members of the Council with appropriate expertise, until the fulfillment of conditions referred to <\/span>in Paragraph 2 of this Article. <\/span>The same person may be a candidate on both lists, and if elected from the list for President of the <\/span>Commission, the outcome of voting for the said person on other list will not be taken into <\/span>account. <\/span>The election of the bodies of the Commission shall be conducted in a public contest invited by <\/span>the National Assembly Speaker, no later than three months before the expiry of mandate of the <\/span>President of the Commission and members of the Council, or immediately upon termination or <\/span>dismissal within the meaning of Article 24 hereof.<\/span><\/p>\n

U Komisiji je obrazovan Kabinet Predsednika kao posebna unutra\u0161nja jedinica.<\/p>\n

The Technical Service of the Commission (hereinafter: the Technical Service) shall perform <\/span>professional operations within the jurisdiction of the Commission in accordance with this Law, <\/span>the Statute and other acts of the Commission.<\/span><\/p>\n

Van unutra\u0161njih organizacionih jedinica Stru\u010dne slu\u017ebe obavljaju se i poslovi vezani za \u010dlanove Saveta, Sekretara i poslovi interne revizije.<\/p>\n

Sekretar rukovodi Stru\u010dnom slu\u017ebom Komisije u kojoj se obavljaju organizacioni, kancelarijski i stru\u010dno \u2013 operativni poslovi, \u010dijim se vr\u0161enjem obezbedjuje efikasan i uskladjen rad svih unutra\u0161njih organizacionih jedinica Komisije, aministrativno-tehni\u010dki, kao i drugi poslovi od interesa za Komisiju kao celinu. Sekretara postavlja Savet ve\u0107inom glasova. Za svoj rad Sekretar odgovara Savetu.<\/p>\n

Za obavljanje poslova iz nadle\u017enosti Komisije za za\u0161titu konkurencije u Stru\u010dnoj slu\u017ebi obrazuju se slede\u0107e unutra\u0161nje organizacione jedinice:<\/p>\n

  1. Sektor za ispitivanje koncentracija;<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Sektor za utvrdjivanje povreda konkurencije;<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Sektor za pravne poslove, doma\u0107u i medjunarodnu saradnju;<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Sektor za ekonomske analize;<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Sektor za materijalno-finansijske poslove;<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Sektor za normativno-pravne, kadrovske i op\u0161te poslove.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
